Valve Software is an American developer and online distributor of video games. Valve is most famous for the Half-Life franchise of FPS games. Half-Life 2 utilizes the Source Enginer, and is available through Valve's online distribution system, Steam. The Source engine provides perfect widescreen support, and virtually every game they developed with it has been certified.
